On May 6, 2026, Judge David O. Carter of the United States District Court for the Central District of California denied a motion to dismiss a proposed securities class action against a semiconductor company (the “Company”) and its former CEO and CFO (“Individual Defendants,” and, collectively, the “Defendants.”).  Cesar Nunez v.
