On June 18, 2026, Judge Denise J. Casper of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts dismissed a putative class action asserting claims against a clinical-stage gene editing company (“Company”) and several of its officers (collectively, “Defendants”) under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5.
